Before wellness, Eva spent over a decade in journalism and digital media — learning, listening, asking the right questions. Four years ago, that same curiosity turned inward. She trained in nutritional therapy in the UK and built a practice around a quietly radical idea: that bodies, given the right inputs and a little space, already know what to do.
The work is one-to-one, slow, and honest. No hype. No restriction. No trend protocols. Just a careful return to fundamentals — food, sleep, movement, sunlight, stillness — shaped around your life and your physiology.
